About You
You are someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. You are passionate about promoting a positive work environment and building a collaborative team culture that fosters growth, learning, and excellence. As the Credentialing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Operations to help supervise and manage therapists, ensuring that all clinical services are provided in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and care. This is an in-person position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll in a multi-state, multi-province environment
- Identify and process payroll changes
- Review and upload payroll reports
- Track PTO usage to ensure it is being used according to policy
- Conduct regular employee local payroll tax and W2 audits
- Year End Tax Filing and payouts by province and by state
- Filing addendums, drafting and negotiating internal employee contracts
- Renewing and managing healthcare plans for employees and USA W2 workers
- Attention to detail - updating exemptions, forms and correcting payroll discrepancies
- Process and monitor all payroll garnishments
- The experience and knowledge to address and resolve inquiries and issues related to payroll
- Provide support with basic budgeting
- Accounting and budget forecasting
- Process Records of Employments, and execute terminations and resignation procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., administration, business management, healthcare, finance)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in the delivery of therapy services
